- Assumption of Risk: You agree that any physical activity you perform based on content seen on FitHawk is done at your own risk. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program. FitHawk is not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from the use of the platform.
4. User-Generated Content
- Ownership: You retain ownership of the photos and text you post.
- License: By posting content on FitHawk, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content (via our partners Supabase and Cloudinary) so other users can see and interact with it.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that is illegal, pornographic, threatening, or harassing. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.
5. Community Conduct
To keep FitHawk a positive space, you agree not to:
- Use the "like" or "comment" features to spam or harass others.
- Impersonate other individuals or fitness professionals.
- Attempt to disrupt the technical operation of the site.
